Preliminary estimate and separate booking fee
Your preliminary electrical-work estimate depends on the scope, quantities, equipment, wiring and access information you provide. Estimates expire after 24 hours. A scope change requires a fresh estimate before checkout. The performing electrician confirms the final price before work begins; you may approve or decline that work.
The Orlando Electricians booking fee is additional to the electrician’s invoice and is not credited against it. Initial fees are $265 for panel upgrades, $175 for EV charger installation, $50 for lighting, $28 for repairs, $38 for fans, and $21 for outlets and switches. Your exact fee appears before payment. You pay the electrician directly for the work.
Appointment confirmation
Choose at least two acceptable arrival windows. After verified payment, supply the full service address and access information. We confirm an appointment within nine business hours after payment, counting Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m., America/New_York, excluding holidays published at checkout. The actual deadline appears on your booking. Payment does not confirm a time slot.
If address information is missing, your full fee is refunded after 24 hours or the sourcing deadline, whichever is earlier. You may explicitly extend sourcing once by one business day. Silence does not extend a deadline.
Cancellation and refund
You receive a full booking-fee refund if you cancel before the visit begins, we cannot fulfill the booking by the agreed deadline, or the electrician fails to perform the appointment without a replacement you accept. Refunds return to the original payment method; your bank controls processing time. Once the visit begins, contact support about an issue. Contractor diagnostic charges, work invoices and workmanship disputes are separate from this booking fee.
Performing electrical business
Your appointment identifies the electrical business performing the work, arrival window, scope and any disclosed diagnostic charge. That business is responsible for its credentials, work, final quote, permits and warranties. Orlando Electricians arranges and supports the booking. Brand names do not establish an electrical license.
Current availability
Checkout is enabled only for services with verified operating and fulfillment readiness. Services may remain unavailable while setup is completed. No payment is required to save a project.
