Who will actually do the work?

Your confirmed appointment identifies the performing electrical business after credential verification. Electrical work is performed by an independent contractor, with their workmanship and warranty terms disclosed before work begins.

Are the prices on your site firm quotes?

No. Every range we show is a illustrative Orlando estimate — your home, the scope, and the pro’s assessment all affect the final number. Your electrician always confirms an upfront price with you before any work begins, and you’re free to decline.

How fast can I get someone out?

Choose at least two acceptable arrival windows. After payment, we confirm an appointment within nine business hours, Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m. Eastern, excluding published holidays. If we cannot fulfill your booking by the agreed deadline, your full booking fee is refunded.

Do you handle emergencies?

We are not an emergency dispatch service. For immediate danger, move away from the hazard and contact emergency services or your utility. Do not wait for a booking response.

Which areas do you serve?

Greater Orlando, including Winter Park, Kissimmee, Altamonte Springs, Sanford, Lake Mary, Apopka, Ocoee, Winter Garden, and Maitland. See all areas.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Do I pay for parts separately?

That’s between you and your electrician. They’ll include parts in the upfront price they confirm with you, or explain the breakdown — either way, you’ll know before work starts.

Can I just call instead of booking online?

Of course. Text (305) 859-1478 and we’ll take it from there.
